What it does
Image-driven with no text prompt. Add images by file dialog or drag-and-drop — png, jpg, bmp, gif, tif, webp, or .glb in local-import mode. The footer shows the mapping and cost live, for example “3 images → 3 shapes · 30 pixels”.

Nine models across three providers
Cheapest first: Local .glb (no API call, free), TripoSR (10 px, fastest and roughest), Hunyuan3D v2 Mini Turbo (10 px untextured / 30 px textured), Hunyuan3D v2 Turbo (20 / 50 px), Hunyuan3D v2 (20 px), Trellis (40 px), Trellis 2 — best geometry (40 px), Hunyuan3D v3 — sharp, PBR (50 px), and Hyper3D Rodin — multi-view, the default (50 px).
Detail
Draft / Standard / High drives each model’s internal resolution, steps and texture — and the cost.
Triangle budget
Decimate to approximately N triangles before import: 500 to 2,000,000, default 40k.
Multi-view versus single-view
Multi-view models fuse all images into one shape; single-view models make one shape per image, each charged. Hi3D split can output multiple parts as separate DirectShapes.
Colour mode
Palette from texture or vertex colours, one averaged colour, material base colour only, or none — with a palette size of 1–256. Each palette colour becomes a real Revit material with an appearance asset.
Placement
Target category (Generic Model, Furniture, Casework, Planting, Mass and more), pick an insertion point per shape or auto-row, fit longest side to N mm, optional rotate, try to build a true solid, and keep the downloaded .glb for free re-import.
Spend safety
Pre-flight spend confirmation, cancellable off-thread progress, and a results summary with an Open .glb folder button. A 402 response opens the Out-of-Pixels window.
